Tour Itinerary

Day 01: Welcome to the Holy Land.
After arriving to Ben Gurion International Airport, our representative will meet you and assist with customs and transfers to your hotel in Tel Aviv.

Caesarea AqueductDay 02: Caesarea - Haifa - Nazareth - Tiberias
A drive along the Mediterranean coast to Caesarea, built by Herod the Great in 22 B.C. This ancient crusader city will fascinate you with it's large 2nd century Roman amphitheater and it's famous aqueduct. Continuing along the coastal road to Haifa, the 3rd largest city in Israel, you will relish a panoramic view of the city and proceed to the Carmelite Monastery on Mount Carmel. Drive via the Valley of Armageddon on the excavation of Tel Megiddo, proceeding to Nazareth, where Jesus spent his childhood and early years. You will then visit the Church of Annunciation, built by the Franciscans in the 1960's. Glimpse Cana of Galilee, site of Jesus' first miracle. End your day with dinner in Tiberias.

Golan HeightsDay 03: Galilee - Capernaum - Tiberias
Take a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, and then visit the Mount of Beatitudes, site of the Sermon on the Mount, and Tabgha, site of the Miracle of the Loaves and Fishes. Proceed to Capernaum and cross the River Jordan to visit Caesarea Phillipi and the Golan Heights. Then return to Tiberias to enjoy the Galilee Experience Show dinner and overnight.

Day 04: Yardenit - Beit Shean - Jericho - Jerusalem
Begin the day with a visit to Yardenit, the Baptismal Center on the River Jordan. Proceeding to Beit Shean, you will be astonished by the excavations of what was once a major Roman city. Follow the Jordan Valley to Jericho, the world's oldest settlement. Proceed via the Judean desert to the Holy City - Jerusalem for dinner and overnight.

Day 05: Old City - Via Dolorosa - Bethlehem
The magnificent tour of the Holy City of Jerusalem begins by driving to the old walled city. Continuing on foot to the Western (Wailing) Wall, Temple area and the Dome of the Rock, you will visit the pool of Bethesda and the Church of Saint Anne. Then follow Christ's footsteps from Pilate's Judgement Hall along the Via Dolorosa to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. In the afternoon we will drive to nearby Bethlehem and visit the Church of the Nativity, view the Shepherds Field and return to Jerusalem for dinner and overnight.

Drive to the Mount of Olives for a panoramic view of Jerusalem and the surrounding area. Then proceed to the Church of Ascension and the Garden of Gethsemane. View the Kidron Valley and the tombs of Absalom, Zachariah, and James. Visit Saint Peter in Galicantu and Mount Zion. Here you will visit the Room of the Last Supper and the tomb of King David. Later, the model of ancient Jerusalem enables visitors to see Jerusalem during the Second Temple Period, before it was destroyed by the Romans in 70 A.D. Afterwards, explore history at the Holocaust Museum and Memorial at Yad Vashem. Return to your Jerusalem hotel for dinner and overnight.

MasadaDay 07: Dead Sea - Masada - Qumran
Today's route leads to Masada via the shores of the Dead Sea. Ascending Masada by cable car, a visit to Herod's Palaces, the Roman camp and the Synagogue await. Descending from the mountain fortress, a drive along the Dead Sea shoreline to Qumran culminates in a tour of the caves in which the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. Later you will return to Jerusalem for dinner and overnight.

Day 08: Heading Home
A transfer to Ben Gurion International Airport will take you to your departure flight.

Tours must be booked at least 45 days prior to arrival.
